The process
- First, we do a pre-test to check your vacuum cleaners’ current working condition
- We also check for any wear or damage that your vacuum may have
- Second, we do a full strip-down of your vacuum, removing any blockages along the way. All parts will be cleaned and sanitized to our exceptionally high standards of service
- We then lubricate any dry movable joints as this helps prevent any further damage
- Every part of your vacuum also gets inspected for any wear or damage
- If any new parts are required, the vacuum engineer will explain which parts are needed and what that part does before going ahead and fitting
- Finally, it is the customer’s decision whether to purchase the parts on the day
